CB Beauty Academy is a Brow, Lash, Beauty Studio and Training Academy located in Whitby, ON. We are accredited experts in our field, and provide small class training to equip students with the best knowledge, products and practical experience to excel in their field. Our Whitby Training Academy holds a maximum of 6 students, as we like to keep classes small for a more hands on learning experience. We also offer on-location training for your salon/spa. Our certification classes are in depth, with a blend of theory, and practical components, to truly prepare students for their learned skill. Classes begin with in depth theory, instructor demonstrations, in some cases written exams, and a practical component (or multiple). Our students truly feel comfortable with their new skill when completing our courses. We look forward to meeting you all and continuing your growth in the beauty industry!

Private training is one of our more popular options when it comes to education as this option offers a hyper-focused environment tailored to your specific needs. We can pin point your strengths and weaknesses and spend time working on exactly what you need most! Everybody learns differently and this option allows us to customize our curriculum to suit your specific needs and ensure you get the most from our Academy. Private courses allow for better flexibility with training dates and is scheduled on a student-to-student basis, contact the studio for available dates!All classes are subject to applicable taxes, and include student kits.

CASSANDRA BRITTON

Courses Instructed: Complete Brow Artist, Microblading Technician, Classic Eyelash Extension Technician, Volume Eyelash Extension Technician, Makeup Workshops, Henna Brows, & Machine Brows

Cassandra is the Owner of CB Beauty and 14x certified beautician. She specializes in Microblading/Powder Brows, and has adapted a feather V technique to create the most natural looking microbladed brows. She began as a professional makeup artist in 2001, and has expanded into brow specialization and eyelash extensions shortly after. She is a Certified Advanced Microblading Specialist, PhiBrows Removal Artist, 4x Certified Eyelash Extension Technician, Master Certified Volume Eyelash Extension Technician, Accredited NALA (National Association of Lash Artists) Educator, Ontario's Exclusive Hennatician Trainer and Professional Makeup Artist. Her makeup skills specialize in the bridal industry, and she also provides large and private makeup workshops and seminars.

CAIT PATRICK

Courses Instructed: Classic Lash Technician & Microblading Technician

Cait is a multi-certified Lash and Brow technician who is working as our Studio Manager and Educator at CB Beauty. She studied Biomedicine with a minor in Biochemistry & Studio Art at The University of Guelph. With a depth of knowledge of all things science & over 4 years in the industry she can provide a comprehensive education in both the lashing and microblading worlds. With her passion for teaching you can leave your course with full confidence.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

Pre-Requisite: None. Industry experience an asset.

Eyelash extensions are a semi-permanent method of applying an extension to each individual eyelash, adding length, thickness, and fullness to the natural lashes. As a student of CB Beauty, you have access to bringing in models for future supervision and feedback, you are a student for life. Class sizes are no more than 6 students. One on One classes available if requested. This course includes a fully stocked kit enough to complete 50 applications with top quality premium products. Lunch is provided with all training courses.

COURSE BREAKDOWN

Course Length: (9 Hours)

3 hours: Theory, Setup, Choosing the Proper Lash, Healthy Lashing, Clean Isolation, Placement, Products, Removals, Sanitation, Shaping, Pricing & Marketing
2 hours: Mannequin Practice and Technique
4 hour: Practical: Live Model

COURSE FEES

Group Training Fee: $899 + tax (Includes Premium Cashelle Couture Kit valued at $450)

Private Training Fee: $1099 + tax (Includes Premium Cashelle Couture Kit valued at $450)

On Location: We also travel to your studio/spa to educate your staff. Kits are purchased individually as many as required. (Out of studio travel fee is added $100)
